01Consultations

Every treatment begins with a face-to-face consultation. Nobody is treated at their first appointment. A consultation does not commit you to treatment, and you are free to go away and think about it for as long as you like.

02Suitability

Treatment is offered only where it is appropriate for you. Lindsay may decline to treat, or may recommend something different from what you came in for, and will always explain why.

03Age and Identification

Treatments are for adults aged 18 and over. Photo ID is required at consultation, without exception.

04Booking and Cancellation

Appointments are held for you and the clinic sees one client at a time, so a missed appointment cannot be filled. Please give as much notice as you can if you need to move or cancel. The current notice period and any deposit terms are confirmed when you book.

05Prices and Payment

Prices are confirmed at consultation before anything is agreed, where a treatment is prescription-only, its price is given at consultation rather than published, because UK law does not permit prescription treatments to be advertised to the public.

06Results

No particular outcome can be guaranteed. Results vary between individuals and depend on factors including anatomy, skin, lifestyle and the area treated. What is realistically achievable for you is discussed before you consent to anything.

07Aftercare

You will be given aftercare advice for your specific treatment and are asked to follow it. If anything concerns you afterwards, contact the clinic rather than relying on advice from elsewhere.

08Complaints
