One Room, Kept for One Person at a Time

Half a minute inside the clinic: the door on Towner Close, the room, and the small things that tell you how it is run.

The practitioner

Lindsay

One practitioner, one room, one client at a time.

Luxe Aesthetics Clinic began as a long-held plan: somewhere to deliver careful, results-driven treatment in a warm and genuinely private setting, rather than in a busy salon with people coming and going.

Lindsay takes the time to understand your skin, your goals and what you actually want to see in the mirror, so that every plan is built around you rather than around a price list. The person who assesses you is the person who treats you and the person you ring afterwards if you have a question.

True aesthetics isn’t about changing who you are. It’s about looking like the best version of yourself.

Where everything starts

The Consultation Is the Treatment

Nobody is treated at Luxe without sitting down with Lindsay first.

Not because it is a formality, but because the half hour before anything happens is the part that decides whether you are pleased in three months’ time. Most disappointing results do not come from poor technique. They come from a plan nobody properly discussed.

You will be the only client here. Lindsay will ask what is bothering you: not which treatment you want, but what you notice in the mirror, in photographs, on a video call. Often the thing that bothers you and the thing that needs treating are in different places. A hollow cheek shows up as a line by the mouth. A tired look is usually the eye socket, not the eyelid.

Then you get a straight answer. What would help, what would not, what order to do things in, what it costs and how long it lasts. If the honest answer is that you do not need anything yet, that is what you will be told. If the honest answer is that what you want is not achievable without a surgeon, you will be told that too.

The Practical Part

01

How Long Does It Take?

Around 30 minutes, and longer if you need more time to talk it over.

02

Do You Book on the Day?

No. Plenty of people go away and think about it, and nobody chases you.

03

Can You Bring Someone?

Yes, and lots of people do. A second pair of ears is genuinely useful.

Worth Bringing

None of it is essential. All of it makes the half hour more useful.

  • A list of anything you take regularly
  • A photograph of yourself from five or ten years ago, if you have one
  • Any dates coming up, such as a wedding, a holiday or a big birthday
  • Light make-up, or none at all

PRP. Using Nothing but You

A small sample of your blood is taken, exactly as it would be at any check-up, and spun at speed to separate out the platelet-rich portion, the part that carries your body’s own repair signals. That concentrate is returned to the skin or the scalp, where it prompts your own cells to get to work, because it comes from you, there is nothing foreign involved.

A treatment room at the clinic, made up and ready

How it works, in three steps.

  1. Taken from your arm exactly as it would be at any routine check-up. It takes a couple of minutes.

  2. A centrifuge separates the platelet-rich portion, the part that carries your own repair signals.

  3. Nothing synthetic goes in. What goes back came from you less than an hour earlier.

01

The Whole Face

For skin texture, tone and firmness over time. It works particularly well straight after microneedling.

02

Under the Eyes

The strongest of the three. For thin, dark, tired under-eyes where the vessels beneath show through.

03

Scars and Marks

Alongside microneedling, to soften the appearance of acne scarring and other pitted marks over a course.

One session is not a treatment. PRP is a course of three, four to six weeks apart, and the real change builds over eight to twelve weeks. It improves the quality of what you already have. It will not replace lost volume, and it will not regrow hair on an area that has been smooth for years. Lindsay will tell you which you have.

For men

Look Like Yourself on a Good Day

Most men who come here have one worry: that people will be able to tell. That is the whole point of doing it properly.

Roughly one in five people having these appointments in the UK is a man, and it is the fastest-growing group. You will not be the first man Lindsay has seen today, and you will not sit in a room full of anybody. One practitioner, one client at a time, and a late clinic every Thursday until 9pm.

The Plan Is Different

A man’s brow stays low and flat. Support goes at the outer cheekbone, not the middle. The jaw wants width, not a taper. Same treatments, opposite plan.

Tired Rather Than Old

Almost no man asks to look younger. What men say is that they want to look less tired and less stressed, so every outcome here is framed as looking rested, sharper and better maintained.

Honest Recovery Times

Male skin is thicker and better supplied with blood vessels, so bruising tends to show more. You get the real recovery numbers before you book, not after.

Lost the Weight, but Not Sure About Your Face?

Lost the Weight, but Not Sure About Your Face?

Fat in the face is not one layer, it is a series of separate pads. When weight comes off quickly those pads shrink faster than the skin can shrink with them. The upper face empties first: temples hollow, cheeks flatten and the eye area sinks, with the mid-face support gone, everything above the jaw drops. Lines deepen, jowls appear and the jawline blurs, often within months.

It is not vanity and it is not in your head.

The Things People Ask

No. A good number of the people Lindsay sees are having their first appointment, and plenty have been thinking about it for years. Luxe is one room and one client at a time. There is no waiting area, nobody else in the building and no one watching. You can come simply to ask questions and go away again.

Not if it is done properly. The aim here is that people say you look well, not that you look different. Lindsay works conservatively and would rather do less and review you in two weeks than overdo it on the day. If your brief is that you don’t want anyone to know, say so. It is the most common brief there is.

No. What changes is the plan, not whether it is worth doing. In a more mature face the best results usually come from restoring support where volume has been lost and improving the quality of the skin itself, rather than chasing individual lines. Lindsay will also tell you honestly if something is beyond what a non-surgical approach can achieve.

Yes, and it happens regularly, sometimes the answer is a change to how you look after your skin, sometimes it is to come back in a year, and sometimes it is that the thing bothering you isn’t treatable here. You will get a straight answer either way and there will be no follow-up chasing you.

Very. When weight comes off quickly the fat pads in the face shrink faster than the skin can adjust, and the face is usually where it shows first. Temples and cheeks flatten, shadows appear under the eyes and the jawline softens. It is not vanity and it is not imagined, and it responds well to treatment.

Yes, and more every year. Men’s plans are genuinely different: a flatter brow, support at the outer cheekbone and a wider jaw angle. There is a page written specifically for men, and appointments run until 8pm on weekdays.
