To assess your suitability for treatment, to deliver that treatment safely, to keep the records a practitioner is required to keep, and to contact you about your own appointments and care.

Health information is special category data. It is processed on the basis of your explicit consent and because it is necessary for the provision of care.

03How Long It Is Kept

Treatment records are retained for the period required by professional and insurance obligations. Enquiries that do not become appointments are deleted once they are no longer needed.

04Who It Is Shared With

Nobody, other than where it is necessary for your care. For example the prescriber involved in your treatment, or where there is a legal obligation. Your information is never sold, and it is never used for advertising.
